New line starts at random position

This is most likely due to the Grammarly extension being installed.

Both Grammarly and Dynalist are trying to control the input field, and sometimes they don't play along. The symptom is that when you're making a new line, instead of starting a new line after the last character, the line might be split in half.

The solution is to disable Grammarly or disable Grammarly for Dynalist. You can also use our desktop apps.

To disable Grammarly for Dynalist only, click on the light grey "power" button that shows up on the options when you hover over the green Grammarly dot while typing.
